Bounded by the Serra de Monchique to the north and the infinite blue ocean to the south, we are just a short stroll to a
traditional Portuguese village where the cobbled streets wind down to a beautiful golden beach.
The villa which features four individually stylised apartments, a 40ft pool and amazing coastal and country views is the
perfect base from which to explore the stunning Western Algarve.

Private tours and small group adventures – Morning adventures where we guide by mountain bike, paddleboard or on our motor catamaran. We’ll take you to places you won’t find in any guidebooks. Paddle secret mountain lakes, ride through wild meadows and valley, discover secret beaches and caves accessed only by water
Self-guided Explore Tours – take one of our trail cards and discover at your own pace. Three full day itineraries: West Coast Adventure day, Inland Villages and Valleys and South Coast Secret Spots – take coffee in lazy whitewashed villages, discover secret beaches, walk countryside trails, eat the freshest seafood and seek out the perfect sunset spots.
Morning loops: From the villa we have a selection of 5-15km country and coastal loops for you to run, walk or wander – again at your own pace.
Outdoor fitness, guided runs & training rides – on request, bright and early:) It’s your holiday – do as much or as little as you like
The hilltop retreat
We first opened our doors in 2017 following a complete renovation. Since then we’ve ridden and run thousands of miles, paddled most of the coastline, drunk a lot of very good and very cheap coffee, hosted some very special birthday parties, yoga retreats, active holidays, huge family gatherings, gym groups as well as may small groups of travellers, friends, families and couples.
The villa features four individual self-catered apartments. All completely separate. The lounge looks out towards the pool and huge views to the village and ocean.
Whether you decide to rent the whole villa or one of four apartments, OceanBlue features many of the amenities guests and travellers enjoy in their own home – coffee machines, wifi, underfloor heating for out of season comfort and much more.
